App Performance

As the entire user journey started from the app, it was extremely important for us to nail the app's performance and make it top-notch.

To keep the application's performance seamless and quick, we developed high-quality code that was smooth, clean, and crisp. It eliminated the clutter and made the communication between the app, our server, and the vehicle quick and efficient. The design also complemented the performance of the e-scooter booking app.

App Design

The growth of the business was dependent on how the application interacted with the user and its performance. Hence, the design was paramount to the entire project.

From the initial design stages, we ideated a design approach centered on user experience and the users' journey on the app. We avoided stacking too many menus on each screen while ensuring access to essential features. It helped the design to have a breathing space and ergonomically placed options.

Wallet Creation

As the rides are to be paid using the app’s native wallet, it was extremely important to ensure the safety of the money and the user’s payment details.

To ensure the wallet's safety, we relied on cutting-edge technologies that left no room for vulnerability. To keep the payment details secure, we used a multi-layered secure platform that prevented unauthorized access to user data.

Ride Location and Parking Zone

By the very nature of the service offered, users must find the vehicles in parking zones near them. Hence, ensuring location accuracy was a huge challenge.

We integrated a robust and accurate mapping system using multiple source points to ensure that the parking zones and locations are accurately displayed to the user. The locations are mapped in real-time on the app using GPS to ensure that the users are in the right location by pinning the vehicle's location to the app in real-time, too.

Vehicle and Ride Management

Since the entire idea of Wayz is conditional on the effective management of vehicles, creating a powerful vehicle and ride management system was integral.

For the admin to manage the vehicle and app, each vehicle was connected to the server using IoT technology. The vehicle-focused IoT development enabled the brand to have comprehensive data about the vehicle, such as its status, battery percentage, health, location, etc., at all times.

User Communications

As the service is controlled remotely to manage users, rides, and vehicles, it was important to establish a quick and efficient communication mode.

We went on to create a unique push notification with options to send important announcements, messages, update info and promo codes to users. These notifications can be sent to all or selected users with an option for the admin to schedule the messages or send them immediately.

Monetary Disputes

Managing various monetary issues that may come up in the customer journey is also important to address for a better service experience.

We developed a provision where the admin can give free credits to users’ wallets based on the issues raised by the users to compensate for the inconveniences that may have occurred.
