Project Overview
Secret Potion is built to help everyone searching for a singular mental health app that can holistically help them. Anyone struggling with deteriorating mental life, emotional health, or social life can sign up with the app to change the trajectory of their live sand make their life more wholesome.
Features
1. Personal Diary
Users can create daily notes or journal how they feel every day. It can directly beaccessed right from the home screen of the app. The diary is encrypted and can beviewed by the user only (not even the admin), assuring the privacy of its users.
2. Wellness Plans
It creates personalized wellness plans based on the assessment score and other inputs the user gives.
3. Rate Your Mood
The app allows the user to assess the state of their overall wellness by taking cues from their cognitive, physical, emotional, and social wellness metrics.
4. Activities
It plans and manages diverse activities as part of the wellness plan and marks them as ‘completed’ or ‘no progress’.

Challenge #1
User Experience & App Performance
As the app is designed to help individuals looking for mental well-being, it must have as mooth user experience and uncompromised performance.
We used a simple and effective design for the app that is easy to navigate for the users. The clutter-free design also ensured quicker searches and sign-in. To keep the app’s performance unaffected by users’ profile data, we also ensured that the app can handle huge amounts of data effortlessly.

User Profile Management
The app creates a unique account with the users’ mental health profile, allowing them toupdate it daily. Hence, it needs to be easier to manage, organize, and access.
We designed the user profile in such a way that everything tethers neatly back to the profile. Accessing and updating the profile was also made easier by following a lean design philosophy that avoided confusion and the need for multiple clicks.

Organizing User Wellness Plan and Execution
The app's core functionality revolved around creating individualized wellness plans for users and allowing them to execute those plans through diverse activities and track them.
The app focuses on users’ wellness plans and execution. We designed the app to give full control of the plan to the individual with diverse options to edit, update, and access the same with minimal interaction.

Community Interaction and Management
The app's core functionality revolved around creating individualized wellness plans for users and allowing them to execute those plans through diverse activities and track them.
We designed the community section for users to see what others are sharing on the app with options to comment, like, support, and report abuse, if any, right on the other user’s story. We consciously created a social media-like experience for the users with opportunities to connect personally with other users and interact
