Solution:

It was decided from the beginning that the entire site would have a simple and efficient design without any confusing elements. All the options to design, edit, and navigate were given on each page to ensure that the users could navigate and progress smoothly.

Challenge #2:

Interface of Design Windows

As the chief function of the website is to help users quickly design tailor-made playing cards, it is important for us to keep the interface smooth and efficient.

Solution:

We developed the site's design functionality, keeping in mind the users’ need to change the designs they may choose, texts they select, and the images they export. We brought the options to do all these onto a single page by ergonomically placing the widgets for each function.

Challenge #3:

Design Element Management

The website is developed around its capability to help users design their playing cards with various design elements and templates. The challenge was to integrate diverse options for design.

Solution:

We created categories under which various design elements were included. These elements can be easily selected and applied to the cards. The designs are stored in such a way that it does not affect the speed or performance of the website.

We ensured that the site has a simple yet scalable admin panel with all the options that the admin would need to manage user orders. The panel was also made ergonomically to get rid of unwanted clicks with an efficient design, as well.

Data Security and Privacy

The site uses user accounts and payment gateways to process the payment. Hence, ensuring data security was paramount.

Solution:

We addressed the issue by integrating an SSL certificate into the site to ensure the safety of the data shared on our site. We also made sure that the payment is also done through a secured channel that encrypted the payment details on the site.
